Chief Executive Officer
With a PhD and over two decades of experience in the education sector. Her passion for special education stems from growing up with foster siblings, driving her to pursue undergraduate studies in Inclusive Education, Psychology, and Analytics, alongside graduate studies in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Autism Studies, Educational Leadership, and Organizational Leadership. Mandi has served as a special programs administrator at the school, district, and regional levels across the state of Indiana.
Michele Burkett
Chief Operating Officer
M.S Ed Specialist; Servicing special education has been a passion for Michele. Her expertise is in data collection, utilizing various methodologies to gather accurate and relevant information. Additionally, she specializes in IEP writing and compliance. She has worked with the special services population in both a teacher and administrative capacity. Michele, also, is fluent in dyslexia identification and early reading instruction and interventions.
Jenifer Messick
Chief Administration Officer
With over five years of experience in the virtual special education environment, Jenifer excels as Chief Administrative Officer, specializing in special education administration, IEP writing, and data collection. Experienced in conducting placement assessments and providing ongoing training and management for educators, Jenifer is dedicated to enhancing student outcomes and ensuring compliance with Indiana’s educational standards.
Joshua Thompson
Chief Financial Officer
With over 15 years of experience in education and nonprofits, he specializes in financial analysis, project management, and leadership. Joshua is motivated by helping others and values integrity and collaboration in his work. Joshua also serves as VP of Facility Operations at the Eiteljorg Museum, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Indiana State University.
Haley Thompson

With 10+ years of experience at public libraries and schools, Haley has developed and implemented innovative programs to engage the local communities. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Art Education, she is committed to inspiring students to think creatively and fostering supportive learning environments. Her background has given her strengths in program management, problem-solving, and inclusivity.
